Do You Need A Detox?

What does "detox" mean to you? 

For many it conjures up association with ascetic deprivation and discomforts...

It doesn't have to be!  It can be easily incorporated into our life as part of our self care practice...It can be enjoyable and it is an opportunity to nourish ourselves. 

In fact, detoxification is a process our body performs every moment to survive and maintain balance.

Our modern stressful lifestyle and modern diet weakens our body's innate ability to eliminate toxins from the environment as well as from our own metabolism.
